Welcome to Webtune Technologies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our WiFi hotspot management system, network infrastructure services, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using our Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Webtune Technologies provides:
- WiFi hotspot management and billing systems
- MikroTik router configuration and administration
- Network infrastructure installation and maintenance
- Android and web application development
- Mobile money payment integration (MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money)
- Technical support and consultation services
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
3.2 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Services. Businesses must be legally registered and authorized to operate.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
Webtune Technologies operates on a one-time setup fee model with no recurring monthly charges. All fees are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) or Nigerian Naira (NGN) and must be paid in full before service activation.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via:
- Mobile Money (MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money)
- Bank transfer
- Cash (for in-person transactions)
4.3 Refunds
Given the nature of our one-time setup service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Service Usage
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Services for fraudulent activities
- Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
- Reverse engineer or copy our software
5.2 Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All content, software, code, designs, and materials provided through our Services are owned by Webtune Technologies or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your business purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works
- Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Services
- Reverse engineer or decompile our software
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. You are responsible for obtaining consent from your end users for data collection through our Services.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers
9.1 Service Warranty
We warrant that our Services will perform substantially as described. However, we provide the Services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9.2 Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties regarding uptime, reliability, or error-free operation
- Warranties that the Services will meet your specific requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Webtune Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access, third-party actions, or force majeure events
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webtune Technologies from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of any rights of third parties
- Your end users' activities on your network
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may stop using our Services at any time. Contact us to close your account.
12.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Fail to pay applicable fees
- Pose a security risk to our systems
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda. For customers in Nigeria, local consumer protection laws may also apply.
15. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
